Each course holds a single question — long enough to actually move it. Modular, online, written and audio. You can take them alone, or as a Circle member with company.

01 / RE-MOTHERING

A six-week course on the mother story.

For the daughter who has done the books and the therapy, and still finds her hand reaching for what was not there. We move through six chapters: recognition, grief, differentiation, re-mothering, choice, generativity.

Each week: a written letter, an audio meditation, a journal frame, a question. At the end: not closure. A new way of carrying.

Six weeks. Self-paced. CHF 240 (or included for Circle members).

02 / THE SELF THAT WAS WAITING

A course on becoming.

The work after the mother work. Who were you before you learned to be useful? What does your nervous system know that your story has not yet caught up to?

Four weeks of slow, careful return. Drawing on humanistic and depth traditions. For women who are ready to take up the space their work has earned.

Four weeks. Self-paced. CHF 180 (or included for Circle members).

03 / THE BODY REMEMBERS

A short course on what was held in the body before it had words.

Embodied work. Two weeks. Audio-led practices, drawn from somatic and energetic traditions, framed by attachment theory. For when language alone is not enough.

Two weeks. Self-paced. CHF 120 (or included for Circle members).
