THE BACKGROUND

I study psychology and sociology at ZHAW with a focus on mentalization, epistemic trust, and depth psychology in the tradition of Jung and Rogers.

I am also a woman who has sat in circles, burned things that needed burning, and learned that the most rigorous science and the deepest ritual are not opposites. They are the same question from different directions.

WHAT I AM INTERESTED IN

The questions that keep returning.

How we come to trust — others, ourselves, knowledge. (Epistemic trust, Fonagy & Allison.)

How we develop the capacity to imagine other minds. (Mentalization, Bateman & Fonagy.)

What is passed down without being named — and how we put it down on purpose. (Depth psychology, systemic work.)

How the body holds what the story has not yet metabolized.
