Founder
Hello! My name is Deborah Herzog, and this is my newest addition to the online world. My journey began nearly 11 years ago when I first started blogging as a new mother. Those early days of motherhood brought countless insights and reflections, fueling my initial posts and connecting me with other parents navigating similar experiences.
It feels like a lifetime has passed since then. After my blogging adventure, I ventured into organizing & leading a series of events focused on self-love, meditation, herbal usage and personal development. These gatherings allowed me to dive deeper into the topics that resonate with my own journey and share meaningful strategies with others.

Following that, I opened a practice dedicated to energy work and aroma therapy. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic forced me to close its doors. Instead of reopening quickly, I felt like I wanted to go into a cave where I can heal, spend time reading books, and learn as much as I can!
So I immersed myself in academics—I am now in my second semester studying psychology at ZHAW. I am incredibly happy with this choice. Studying the complexities of human behavior and mental processes is fascinating and feels like a natural progression of my lifelong quest to understand and help others.

Amid these transitions, I also experienced the challenge of divorce, which deeply affected my mental health. This personal struggle opened my eyes to the immense mental load many women/mothers bear, often in silence.
Motivated by my experiences and recovery, I am particularly passionate about supporting other women & mothers to manage stress, regain their sense of self, and navigate the complexities of life, maybe parenthood and personal growth. As I continue to navigate this path, I am excited to share my learnings and insights in this new chapter.

Reparenting
I spent most of my childhood with my mom, who cut off all contact with my dad. When I was around 10, she remarried and pushed me to call my stepfather "Dad," thinking it would somehow create the feeling of family. But for the most part, I felt so alone. There was hardly any real support or sense of togetherness.
