Hi, I’m Deborah, the heart behind this space where mental health meets wellness. As a divorced mom of two, on my own healing journey, I’ve embraced both the highs and lows of life, building resilience along the way.

I’m currently studying applied psychology in Zürich, blending personal insights with academic knowledge to learn about human beings and to help others on their own path to self-discovery. My mission is to create a healing experience that connects mind, body and soul, drawing from my passion for understanding trauma and the transformative power of healing.

With certifications and years of experience in aromatherapy, energy healing, and mindfulness, I blend these holistic practices with modern mental health approaches to offer a comprehensive and holistic path to well-being. My family is my greatest teacher, and my love for art, music, and deep connections, ground my approach in calmness and self-empowerment. Let’s explore the world of healing together.

In the context of mental health and well-being, reframing can be a powerful tool to transform negative unhelpful thought patterns.

In the context of psychology we see it as a process that involves providing oneself with the care, support, and nurturing that might have been
lacking during one's childhood. The concept is rooted in the idea that individuals may carry unmet emotional needs from their early experiences, and reparenting seeks to address and fulfill those needs in adulthood.
